Things to Remember
Sometimes, when I'm feeling down and it turns to a point where I'm feeling sorry for myself, I need to remember at least five things that I am grateful for. Seeing them listed helps me to remember that what I'm going through will eventually pass and make me a stronger and more wiser woman:
1) I have family and friends that love me despite my flaws.
2) I have a great daughter that has had enough brains not to get lost in drugs or alcohol.
3) With today's economic environment I have a job.
4) My health is good.
5) I have a great sense of humor.
