Hi, my name is Karen. Kernyen is a nickname given to me by my mom. In a world where different is cool, I tend to follow the crowd; I pride myself on blending in. My moods are never dark, but at times can be blue. More often than not I find myself caring about what others think of me, which can be a drag (I'm working on getting past this). One of my fave past times is people-watching - it's quite entertaining. I love to read, hang out at home with family and friends, and I don't have a favorite hobby - I tend to dabble in anything that catches my interest. I have a great job, I'm a city girl with no aspirations to live in the countryside and I hate the summers here in Sacramento. I have two cats; one is named Noodles, who is absolutely girly and my other cat is named Spatz, who is hell on wheels! Noodles doesn't like to be held all that much. I'm pretty sure she's thinking, "OK, put me down now. I'm not into this bonding stuff." Spatz can't get enough lovin' and attention - he loves to be held and cuddled. He's my lover boy. I have a daughter that is spoiled to the core (Legal Disclaimer: I didn't do it). She was born that way. Totally (ha). Really the kid's crazy about me, even if she denies it - just like I'm crazy about her. In summary, my life is simple and I'm content, even if my daughter believes that my life is boring and unfulfilling. Kids. |
